My name is ShinYoung, also goes by Lucia.

I'm a product and experience designer specialized in crafting human-friendly technologies. Ever since my first concept project on augmented reality windshield to prevent distracted driving, I've gravitated toward untangling the world's complexity with HCI, design, and creativity.

I’m currently at Amazon Web Service, building a fully-managed cloud render service for 2D/3D digital content creation. Previously, I was at GE Healthcare, unifying user experience and visual languages of softwares developed worldwide. I also worked in a range of domains, including finance, education, and transportation policy.

In my free time, I enjoy learning about the world, dabbling anything creative, and hang out with my cats, Theo and Hershey.
