Hello!

It's nice to meet you.

My name is ShinYoung and I also go by Lucia. I'm a designer specializing in humanizing technology. Ever since my first design project on augmented reality (AR) windshield to prevent distracted driving, I've gravitated toward applying HCI and Design and Systems Thinking for social impact.

I'm currently at GE Healthcare. Previously, I've designed and coded for various industries and organizations such as Dogfish Technologies (now part of Blink UX), TEDxUofW, HCDE K-12 Program, WA State Transportation Commission, and more.

In free time, I play around with technologies/tools, curate (and attempt to produce) music, and explore places (mainly for food and sightseeing).

Let's chat 🍵
